Will it sound like a robot?
It uses a natural voice and short, friendly sentences. If a caller asks, it says it’s an AI assistant and offers a real person. You hear test calls before anything goes live. You can also try our live chat demo on the homepage.
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. Calls you can’t answer forward to the assistant. Your customers dial the same number they always have.
What if it gets something wrong, or a caller is upset?
It never guesses. Complaints, discounts, billing and anything it isn’t sure about get passed to you for a call back. Every call lands in your CRM with a summary, so nothing slips.
What about emergencies?
If a caller mentions gas, smoke or carbon monoxide, it tells them to get out and call 911 or the gas company right away, then flags the call for you.
Can it book into my calendar?
Yes. It can offer open times and book into a calendar like Google Calendar, and text the caller to confirm.
What happens to missed calls?
With missed-call text-back, anyone you couldn’t answer gets a text within a minute, so they don’t call the next company.

How long until it’s live?
A website or AI assistant usually takes one to two weeks once we have your information. Business texting needs a carrier approval that can take one to three weeks, so we start it on day one. See the process.
What do you need from me?
Your services, prices, hours and area, access to anything you already have (like your domain), and a few minutes to look at previews.
Who owns everything?
You do. Your website, your data and your customer list are yours, even if you stop working with us.
Do you only work in Los Angeles?
We’re based in Los Angeles and work with businesses anywhere in the U.S.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a simple written agreement for every project. It spells out the work, the price and the timeline before anything starts.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at $99 a month with a one-time setup fee. See all plans on the pricing page. Apps and custom software are quoted after the free call.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. You get one fixed price in writing before work starts.
Can you guarantee results?
No one honestly can. We build tools that answer every lead and make you easier to find, but we don’t promise specific numbers of calls, jobs or sales.
Privacy & safety
Do you sell my data or my customers’ data?
Never. We use it only to provide your service. Read our privacy policy.
Is the CRM private?
Yes. It’s locked behind a sign-in that only you can pass, using a one-time code sent to your email.
We’re a dental or medical office. Is that OK?
Yes, with extra care: we keep health details out of texts and set things up with patient privacy in mind. Your office should still confirm its own HIPAA needs.
