What does the setup fee cover?
Building and launching everything in your plan: design, writing, connecting your tools, testing and the launch walkthrough. It’s paid once.
Is there a written agreement?
Yes. Every project has a simple written agreement that spells out the work, the price and the timeline before anything starts.
What isn’t included?
Ad spend is paid by you straight to Google or Meta, and any other usage costs are listed in your written plan. Apps and custom software are quoted separately.
Can you promise more customers?
No one honestly can. We build tools that answer every lead and make you easier to find, and we tell you what we see working, but we don’t promise specific results.
