For HVAC companies
Never miss another AC call.
You’re in an attic or on a roof, and the phone rings. We set up an AI receptionist that answers every call, books the job, handles emergencies safely and puts the lead in your CRM, day or night.
Sound familiar?
Calls you can’t answer
When a homeowner’s AC dies in the heat, they don’t leave a voicemail. They call the next company on Google.
After-hours emergencies
No heat at 10 PM or a burning smell on a Sunday, and nobody picks up.
Summer and winter rushes
The phones ring nonstop exactly when your whole crew is out on jobs.
What we set up for you
Built around how HVAC companies actually work.
AI receptionist, 24/7
Answers in a natural voice, gets the caller’s name, number, address and problem, and books a morning or afternoon window.
Emergency handling
Gas smell, smoke or carbon monoxide? It tells the caller to leave and call 911 or the gas company, then flags the call for you.
Missed-call text-back
Anyone you couldn’t answer gets a text within a minute, so they book with you instead of a competitor.
Your prices, your rules
It quotes only the prices you approve, like your diagnostic fee, and books free estimates instead of guessing install prices.
A CRM for every lead
Every call lands in a private CRM with a summary, so you can see who called, what they need and who to call back.
Get found on Google
Your Google Business Profile, local SEO and a fast website, so you show up for “AC repair near me.”

HVAC questions
More on the FAQ page.
Will it quote install prices?
No. It only gives prices you approve, like a diagnostic or tune-up fee. For new systems it books a free in-home estimate.
What if a caller smells gas?
It tells them to leave the home right away and call 911 or the gas company from outside, then flags the call for you. It never troubleshoots a safety issue.
Do I keep my business number?
Yes. Calls you can’t answer forward to the assistant, so customers dial the same number as always.
Can it tell customers outside my service area?
Yes. You tell us the cities you serve, and it kindly lets out-of-area callers know and takes their details for a call back.
